FROM MARYLAND:
Take 340 west from Frederick, 15 miles to yellow blinking light at Keep Tryst Road--left 1/4 mile, turn right on Sandy Hook Road--go 2 miles to Hoffmaster Road, turn right and its 1/2 mile to Elk Mountain Trails sign on the right.
FROM VIRGINIA:
Take Route 7 to Route 9 west, take right on RT. 671 to Rt. 340--turn right, cross the bridge and make your first right at the yellow blinking light--go 1/4 mile, turn right on Sandy Hook Road--go 2 miles to Hoffmaster Road, turn right and its 1/2 mile to Elk Mountain Trails sign on the right.
